By creating an account, accessing, or using Capital Crest in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts under the laws of your country. Capital Crest is not available in jurisdictions where digital asset trading is prohibited or restricted. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform is lawful where you reside.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or investing. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Digital asset markets are volatile. Capital Crest does not guarantee returns, fixed profit percentages, or a minimum payout on any deposit. You can lose some or all of your invested capital.
Capital Crest does not charge management fees. Blockchain network fees for deposits and withdrawals are set by the underlying network (not by us) and are shown clearly before you confirm each transaction. Any change to this structure will be communicated in advance.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed the same business day. Once approved, funds are sent to the wallet address you provide, and a transaction hash is shown for verification on the blockchain. Standard settlement is minutes to a few hours after approval, depending on network conditions.
You may not use Capital Crest for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, or any activity intended to disrupt or harm the platform, its users, or third parties. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Crest and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable law. Material changes will be announced through the notifications panel and, where required by law, by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
